Who is behind Precision Home?

I started Precision Home to help people take care of the practical jobs that improve a property’s appearance and condition.

The idea grew from my experience renovating properties in Canada and the UK, where I saw how much difference cleaning, decorating, repairs and finishing work can make.

For homeowners, those might be jobs that have built up in the home they live in or they want done before selling.

For landlords and letting agents, they may be the jobs needed between tenancies.

These jobs rarely fall under one neat job description.

Precision Home brings them together.

I assess the property, agree the priorities with you and take responsibility for getting the agreed work done.

My aim is straightforward: a property that looks cared for and is ready for what comes next.
