Why this matters.
Items left in a vacant property or unwanted items in a home being sold can obscure the space and get in the way of preparation.
Prospective tenants and buyers may find it harder to picture how they would use the rooms.
What we do.
We agree what should stay and what should go, then include removal of the agreed items in the preparation plan.
With certain waste, we arrange for a waste carrier registered with SEPA to collect it and confirm the disposal arrangements for each job.
Disposal arrangements are confirmed for each job.
This can include:
- Agreeing which items stay and which are removed
- Clearing agreed unwanted items from rooms or outdoor areas
- Arranging an appropriately registered waste carrier where required
- Confirming disposal arrangements for the job
